These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of and purchases made on https://www.opora-handmade.com. The terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Opora handmade if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Opora handmade is the public name of Luna Ganne's business, hereafter referred to as 'Opora handmade', 'Company', 'We', 'Us'., or 'Our'.

Art. 2: Products and pricing

Information, images and any sort of online or offline communication relating to our products and offers are presented as accurately as possible. Opora handmade is not liable for any type of unclarity, printing and typesetting errors on the website or technical data provided by suppliers.

We always do our best to keep accurate stock records. In the event that delivery is impossible, for example due to an unintentional incorrect stock count, a technical problem with the website or any other form of unintentional inaccuracy or force majeure, we will contact you as soon as possible to propose an appropriate solution.

Opora handmade cannot be held liable for any customary errors in pricing, images, or product information used to present the products on our website. We cannot guarantee that the colour, features, specifications and details of our products are an exact match to the images displayed on our website.

The products sold by Opora handmade comply with legal standards and may be sold through our webshop.

All prices on the website are displayed in euros (EUR) and include tax. Shipping cost is excluded and will be calculated during checkout.

Opora handmade can adapt the prices of its products at any given time, without prior notice. If a sales price has been inadvertently entered incorrectly on the website and this price is significantly lower than the usual rates and the value of the product, Opora handmade has the right to cancel orders at the incorrect rate and offer the correct price. The customer is not obliged to repurchase the product at the correct price.

Art. 3: Purchases and payments

The following payments are accepted, depending on your region:

• Cards (Visa, Mastercard, …)

• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay

• IDEAL

• Bancontact

• Paypal

Transaction data is encrypted over the internet using SSL technology to protect your privacy.

Once we receive your payment, you will get an order confirmation by e-mail.

In case of failed payment, chargeback or other payment issues, Opora handmade retains ownership of the goods. No orders will be processed and/or shipped until the full payment is received.

When fully paid, you can still change or cancel your order in case it has not been processed yet. To do so, send an email to info@opora-handmade.com.

Art. 4: Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped from the studio located in Bruges, Belgium. We ship to Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.

Packages are shipped with Bpost or DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier to track your order. Please note that your package may be handed to another courier once it leaves Belgium. Opora handmade is not responsible for a change of carrier once the parcel has been shipped.

Shipping prices are as follows:

• Shipping to Belgium: €6, free for orders over €100

• Shipping to Europe: €10, free for orders over €150

Processing your order may take up to four business days, unless stated otherwise on the homepage or product page. Should there be a delay, you will be updated by e-mail. Shipping takes inbetween 1-4 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be provided once your purchase has been handed to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any delays or problems on behalf of the carrier.

Should your order arrive damaged because of the shipment process, please send an email to info@opora-handmade.com. You will be asked to send some pictures of the damaged good(s), so we can check the problem. If it appears that the damage was not caused by the customer, we will provide you a return label, and you may send the package back to us. In this case, Opora handmade will cover the return cost. You will get a refund for your order, including the original shipping cost. Should it seem upon arrival that the product was damaged by malicious intent, imprudence or fraudulent intent by the customer, no refund will be provided.

Art. 5: Return policy

Returns are possible up to 14 days after ordering. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact info@opora-handmade.com to return your item. The customer is responsible for the shipment and cost of the return.

Once we receive the item and can confirm that it has not been used and is in the same state as it left the studio, you will get a refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The reviewing of the returned order may take up to 14 days. We will contact you by email to let you know whether or not the condition of the goods corresponds to the original state. If so, we issue the refund within five business days. Please note that it may take some time to transfer, depending on your bank and location.

Art. 6: Warranty

When receiving the order, the customer is obliged to review whether the right product was delivered and check the product for any defects. Any defects or problems should be communicated to Opora handmade by email within five business days after receiving the order. Non-visible defects should be communicated by email within three days after noticing.

All products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty. The warranty does not apply to products that have been deliberately damaged or damaged due to negligence on the part of the customer. The warranty also does not apply if the damage is caused by wear and tear, transport, incorrect washing, or incorrect use.

If the defect is covered by the warranty and it can be fixed, the customer may return the item back to us free of charge. We will provide a shipping label. The product will be fixed within 10 business days and be shipped back to the customer free of charge. A shipping link will be provided.

If the defect is covered by the warranty and it is not fixable, the product will be returned to Opora handmade. We will provide you a return label, and you may send the package back to us. In this case, Opora handmade will cover the return cost. You will get a refund for your order, including the original shipping cost. Should it seem upon arrival that the product was damaged by malicious intent, imprudence or fraudulent intent by the customer, no refund will be provided.

Art. 7: License

Unless otherwise stated, Opora handmade owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Opora handmade for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Opora handmade

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Opora handmade

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Opora handmade

• Redistribute content from Opora handmade

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. We do not filter, edit, publish or review Comments/Reviews before their presence on the website. Comments/Reviews do not reflect our views and/or those of our affiliates. Comments/Reviews reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. Art. 10: Complaints procedure, disputes and applicable law

All offers and agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.

Of course we hope you are satisfied with the use of our website, your purchase and our products. Should you have any kind of complaint, please email us at info@opora-handmade.com. You may expect a response within 10 business days.

Disputes shall initially be settled between the seller and the buyer. If no compromise can be reached in the dispute, it will be referred to the competent court. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for our registered office. Information about alternative dispute resolution can be found via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/odc/, but we reserve the right to submit disputes exclusively to the courts. Should any disputes go to court, these disputes will be settled in the Commercial Court of Ghent, Division Bruges.

Art. 11: Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The information on the website is of a general nature. The information is not adapted to personal or specific circumstances, and therefore cannot be considered as personal, professional, or legal advice to the user.

We cannot be held liable for not being able to deliver the orders due to circumstances out of our reach, such as delays or problems on behalf of the carrier, in the event of flooding or fire, computer errors, theft, inconvenience, damage inherent in the use of the network or any other form of force majeure.
